Shuttle Racking

Shuttle Racking operates on automated shuttle which travels on a rail to store palletised items. It converts Drive-In Racking into semi-automated storage system. Pallets are loaded onto a shuttle at the front of the lane by forklift. The shuttle then moves the pallet back and forth. Built in sensor on the shuttle detects the position of the next pallet and places the new pallet at predetermined location, before moving back to the start position.
